Correction & Removal Requests

How manufacturers and other rights holders can ask Factdock to correct or stop displaying information.

What Factdock displays

Factdock matches publicly available information against academic, public and other databases and displays the results together with their sources.

How to make a request

If you are a manufacturer, seller or other rights holder and would like information to be corrected, supplemented or no longer displayed, please email info@fact-dock.com with:

your name or company name and contact details;
the information concerned (screen, URL or product name); and
what you are requesting and why, with any supporting evidence.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period. We can remove information only from our own databases and from what Factdock displays; information on another website must be raised with that website's operator.
